Three Things A Man Can’t Have

Applause: 925

Throughout our lives, there are things that we want, but cannot have. For secular men, some of the strongest desires are glory, women and money. They are willing to sacrifice anything in the pursuit of these three things, regardless the personal price of the pursuit. In “Three Things A Man Can’t Have,” Perry Noble addresses these three things in depth, and how Christian men of God have to willingly sacrifice not only the pursuit of these things, but the desire to have them at all. Men are called to accept responsibility, surrender control and submit to the will of God in all aspects of their lives, but these three in particular. Men of God who can do that will create lasting change in their communities and put those communities on the path toward success and greatness, and be free to cultivate a vibrant relationship with Christ. The truth, as Noble tells it, is that these things get in the way, and hinder a relationship that is strong. They prevent Men from having that intimacy that Christians desire. These three things are destructive to our personal relationships, and our relationship with God. Men of God have to give them up, but it’s not easy. Noble helps you plan how.
