A Bible Church is a type of church that seeks to be faithful to the teachings of the Holy Bible in everything that they
do. This type of church organizes itself around the teachings of the New Testament. A Bible church is typically a
non-denominational church, or it is at least one that is only loosely affiliated with national denomination. A Bible
church is one of the newer types of churches and is considered an asset to our types of churches among Christians.
Why would a group of people want to be known as a Bible Church? Like many organizations, a name conveys a great deal
about a group of people. A Bible Church name says we are a group of people who greatly respect the Bible and seek to
obey it all matters of life. While Christians do not believe that the bible is to be worshipped, we do believe that
the Bible is God's revelation of himself to us, and thereby the Bible is to be treated with great respect. While many
Christians feel this way, a Bible Church wants all the rest of society to know that their church feels that way.
