"Our HistoryIn 1995 a group of 11 to Cincinnati.They wanted to make a great atmosphere with friends questions about God without asserting that they had together or Wade through a series exploring the religious jargon. They wanted their friends to offer an alternative that has to make assumptions about what they believed in God or be in the Bible. They wanted to assure his friends that no one asks and one by one: Where are all the visitors? On March 24 1996 Crossroads Community Church has become public in a rented room in the villages of the middle school (now Clark Montessori) located in Hyde Park. More than 450 people died that day by the promise of good music free coffee and fascinated the real problems. In subsequent years Carrefour has increased enormously. The size of the target was never the goal has always been and remains on the ideas of true community honest conversation and explore the question: If God is the foundation of our neighbors? Thus when Carrefour is going? Only God knows. But our short history has shown us that there is a way to create something that still has not been saying things that are said and trust God for something really useful and through series of imperfect human beings. We have seen the kind of faith and dependence on humans relate to our community our city and increasingly our world. We hope God continue to guide us through difficult decisions which challenge the status quo. Let's do these things because we believe that God uses to bring everyone a prosperous life in freedom. And we're all in it."
We believe that a building is just a building, and that the true Church can be as small as a few people in a living room or as big as all-people-across-the-world who have a relationship with Jesus.We want people to grow by doing life together, moving beyond the arm's-length distance of the auditorium to real, authentic relationships. Authentic community can help you grow in your relationships with God and with others.
