Concord Baptist Church is a family of redeemed sinners seeking to display the glory of God among our neighbors and the nations by being a gospel-shaped gospel-sharing people.

What Makes Us Special

The Concord family would love to welcome you to any of our gatherings.

You don’t need to dress any particular way – some folks wear suits while others wear jeans. Look around – you’ll find people you can relate to. Our music isn’t of a particular vein – we try to embrace the best of many styles for the sake of pointing our hearts to Jesus. Our band includes piano, guitars, bass, drums and percussion, an organ, and the occasional special guest. You can expect to be fed by preaching and teaching that roots deeply in scripture, seeking to connect us with what God means for us to hear.

If you have young children, you can expect great childcare on Sunday morning for kids under 5. A lot of families with young children sit in our balcony so they can discuss the service with their kids. It’s become a learning lab for young worshipers. Consider hanging out after the service. We usually spend time talking and getting to know each other. Finally, expect to meet with God along with His people.

About Joni Fitzgerald

Born and raised in California of the Christian faith. I am a mother of four and a grandmother of 6, single, live in caregiver for my parents. I work part time outside of the home and always learn something new everyday. Life experiences are many and lessons learned are not a few. Former teacher of Bible classes for children of all ages, currently a wayward college student returning after 33 years. My major is Psychology and my goal is to assist others who have been given their second chances in life. My second chance has me a survivor of domestic violence, rape, multiple suicide attempts, drug addiction, alcoholism and depression. Most of all, I have a personal relationship with God and He is with me all the time.
